Fenton Manor Netball Club U14's are through to the National Club Finals 2010!

Fenton Manor's success started back in December when they emerged as U14 winners in the Staffordshire County Junior League 2009-10. After securing their place in the West Midlands Junior Netball League, the team has been going from strength to strength. The West Midlands league consists of teams from all over the region who have gained a place by winning their county leagues so the standard is high and the competition is challenging.

The final matches were played on Sunday 28th March and saw Parkside crowned as champions in the U14 age group with Fenton Manor close behind as Runners-up.

Head coach Alicia said this is a massive achievement for not only these girls but also for us as a club. The girls have worked extremely hard and thankfully all this hard work and determination as paid off. I'm so proud of this team and I know this is only the start of their success as they will continue to go from strength to strength.

Fenton Manor will be heading to the National Club Finals at Sugden Centre in Manchester on 8th and 9th May. Congratulations and best of luck to Fenton Manor!
