Welcome to the home of Staffordshire County Netball Associations Player Development Programme Pathway.  

The pathway is designed in conjunction with England Netball to provide an opportunity for young netballers to develop their skills, knowledge, and love for the game and work towards reaching their goals within netball.  
Each season athletes will be invited to trial for the pathway with a maximum of 20 places at both under 13 and under 15 age groups being available.  

Staffordshire is committed to providing as many opportunities as possible to players and therefore, alongside the England Netball Player development Programme, we also run our own development pathways known as Rising Stars and Future Stars.  

The aim of the pathway is to help players develop on the England Netball Player Pathway and provide opportunities to progress along it and to instil a love for the game beyond the court and that lasts a lifetime. 

Staffordshire Netball also offer financial support via the Staffordshire Netball Hardship fund which is intended to support Staffordshire affiliated members to achieve their full potential in the England Netball Player Development Programme in order that they can progress and develop their talent.

Our final selection date for the 2022/23 season is September 11th 2022 and we look forward to announcing our squads following this date.  ​
