A new year brings new challenges for the teams in the County Junior League. Fenton Manor, Newcastle Town, North Staffs and Stafford are all taking teams to compete in the West Midlands Regional League at either Under 14 and under 16 level. The remaining teams will battle it out for the Spring trophies.

Fenton Manor, Tean Valley Blades and Newcastle Town Lightning all have one win under their belts while Stafford Sapphires and Newcastle Town Storm are still looking for their first win.

Newcastle Town Panthers will be pleased to sit at the top of the table of the U14 Premier Division after their second match but the 3 chasing teams will be keen to overtake them by winning their next matches.
The teams in the U14B Division have played only one round of matches. The 3 winning teams all had good victories –and it is very difficult to see at this point who has the best chance of overall victory.
Newcastle Town Bears are the only team to have played twice in the U12 league- but they have had two substantial wins and will be the team to beat this season.
